The REFUdrive India team recently visited Fort Vasota for an outdoor outing, and it proved to be an enriching and memorable experience for all. The trek and boating activities encouraged collaboration, mutual support, and an appreciation for each other’s strengths as we navigated the journey and reached the fort together.
Beyond the adventure, the outing created space for conversations that don’t always happen within office walls. Colleagues became teammates, and teammates became supporters - reminding us that leadership is not defined by titles alone but by the ability to help, guide, and lift each other when needed.
Such engagements reinforce a healthy work culture and reflect what we strive for as a team: shared purpose, respect, and continuous growth. It was refreshing, inspiring, and a valuable reminder that when we move forward together, we move further.
