What you can expect:
✔ Support with recruiting and applicant management
✔ Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and references
✔ Maintenance of employee master data and digital personnel files
✔ Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
✔ Participation in HR projects, e.g. digitalization, employer branding or personnel development
✔ Preparation of reports, presentations and general administrative tasks
What you bring:
✔ Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable field
✔ Confident use of Microsoft Office, ideally with some initial experience in HR
✔ Good German and English language skills
✔ A structured, reliable and independent way of working, as well as strong interpersonal skills
