Introducing our new SiC-based bidirectional on-board charger.

The REFU Drive RPCS 750-OBC 22K universal is designed for electric commercial vehicles and off-highway applications. Built on silicon carbide (SiC) technology, it combines up to 22 kW charging power with bidirectional energy flow and vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability.

With support for single-phase and three-phase AC, a 550–850 V DC voltage range and efficiency above 95%, it gives vehicle manufacturers flexibility across different platforms and use cases.

Planned series production readiness: Q1 2027.
