New head of sales at REFUdrive

As a manufacturer and development service provider of power electronic components for electromobility, we are driving the future of mobile machines and commercial vehicles. We are therefore all the more pleased to have our long-standing colleague Nadine Bruder as our new head of sales.

Nadine has been an important part of our team since 2011 and has gained valuable experience in service, internal sales and as head of internal sales over the years. In her new role, she will lead our sales team and drive the global expansion of our innovative drive solutions for e-mobility.

Why is electrification so exciting for you? "We are making a decisive contribution to climate neutrality! It is fascinating to see the areas in which our products are already driving electrification and where there is still potential. I also find the continuous optimisation and improvement of existing systems particularly exciting."

What do you see as the biggest challenge in the field of electrification? "It is crucial to recognise market developments at an early stage and to respond with the right products. We have to develop more efficient, compact and lighter solutions to remain competitive."
